Our editorial team is headed by Dr. Thomas Furst, who is the Director of International Affairs for Earth Institute, based in Peru and the United States. He is a senior professional and researcher with a Ph.D. in Soil Science & Geology (Utah State University, 1991); M.S. in Agronomy - Soil Science, Agricultural Engineering, Plant Taxonomy (Mississippi State University, 1985) and B.S. in Range Science & Soil Science (Texas A&M University, 1981). The editorial team also includes Dra. Norma Pineda, our Academic Director, a professional with more than 25 years of experience in teaching, who holds a PhD in Education and a Master's degree in Education with a mention in Educational Technology, a degree awarded by the Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón (UNIFÉ) and a Bachelor of Chemical Education, a degree awarded by the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle, Lima - Peru.
